Email rob@fivecarddraft.com. That is a real mailbox read by a real person, and it is the same address that replies land at if you answer any email from the app. Expect an answer within a day or two.

Useful things to include: your handle, which week you are asking about, and a screenshot if something looks wrong on screen.

• A score looks wrong. Scores update every minute while games are on and settle after the last one. Stat corrections land on Tuesdays and the app picks them up on its own — nothing needs recalculating. If it still looks wrong after that, email and say which player.
• I can't change a pick. Each pick locks when that player's game kicks off, and not before. The rest of your squad stays editable — so after the early Sunday games start, the players in later games can still be swapped.
• I didn't get an invite code. Codes come from members, not from us. Ask whoever told you about the league.
• I want to stop the emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and the setting is in Account. Turning it off stops email only — notifications on your phone are a separate switch in iOS Settings.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app — no email required, and nothing to ask permission for.

Your sign-in, name and notifications are removed immediately. Past weeks keep their final standings with your name removed, because other members' results are calculated from them.
